We loved the convenient location, with easy access to major transportation routes and nearby suburbs. The hotel was also close to a train station and a major shopping center, making it very convenient for visiting family in the area. The staff was helpful and friendly, always ready to assist and make our stay comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean.

We loved being close to the major shopping centre and found this to be a great value for money. Our room had everything we needed, including a seating area, terrace, in-room safe, and kitchen with all the necessary cookware and utensils. The room amenities, including heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, microwave, flat-screen TV. We also appreciated the welcome drink and free toiletries provided.

We think this place is recommended to everyone looking for a great value for money accommodation option. We only felt that some of the staff could benefit from some customer service training to elevate the hotel experience even further.

The bed was very comfortable, great for a good night's sleep. the location of the hotel was convenient, especially for those with loved ones in the nearby hospital. Lastly, having room service available was a great advantage, making it easy to have a meal without having to leave the room.
